Self-aligning ball bearing is a bearing fitted with spherical ball balls between the inner ring of two raceways and the outer ring of a spherical raceway.The curvature center of the outer ring raceway surface is consistent with the bearing center, so it has the same self-aligning function as the automatic self-aligning ball bearing.In the case of shaft and housing deflection, it can be automatically adjusted without increasing the bearing burden.The self-aligning ball bearing has two kinds of structure: cylindrical hole and conical hole, and the material of cage is steel plate, synthetic resin, etc.Its characteristic is that the outer ring raceway is spherical and has automatic self-aligning, which can compensate the errors caused by making self-aligning ball bearings with different concentricity and shaft deflection
Features of Self-aligning Ball Bearings
Mainly bear radial load, and can bear small axial load.The axial displacement of the shaft is limited within the clearance limit, and it has the performance of automatic self-altering. It can work normally under the condition that the relative inclination of the inner and outer parts is not large. It is suitable for the parts where the coaxiality of the supporting seat hole cannot be strictly guaranteed.

Job requirements
For heavy loads, bad working conditions or bearing configuration with special requirements for sealing, built-in contact seal aligning roller bearings can be used.
The outer dimension of the bearing is exactly the same as that of the non-sealed bearing, and it can replace the non-sealed bearing in many occasions.
The allowable self-aligning Angle is 0.5°, and the working temperature is -20℃~110℃. The bearing has been filled with an appropriate amount of lithium-based anti-rust grease, and grease can be added according to user requirements.
